baji6 Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and baji6 ("baji6", "we", "us", "the Company"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform available at baji6.io. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the baji6 platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms unconditionally and agree to comply with them in full.

These Terms apply to all activities on the baji6 platform, including sports betting, live betting, casino games, live dealer games, slot games, and any promotional or bonus activities. Additional terms specific to individual promotions may apply and will be published on the relevant promotion page; those terms form part of this agreement when you participate in the promotion.

baji6 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or a prominent site notice. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To be eligible to use baji6, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
3. You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
4. You are not a current or former employee of baji6 or any of its affiliated companies, or a close relative of such an employee.
5. You are not registering under a false identity or using the identity of another person.
6. You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where accessing baji6 would constitute a legal offence on your part.

baji6 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period will result in withdrawal restrictions and, if the account remains unverified, account suspension.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on baji6. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly forbidden. If duplicate accounts are detected, baji6 reserves the right to close all but one account, void any bets placed from duplicate accounts, and forfeit any bonus funds credited to those accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep that information updated at all times. baji6 is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate account details you have provided. If we discover that information provided during registration is false, misleading, or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account without notice.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. baji6 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 Account Currency

All baji6 accounts for players in Bangladesh are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Once an account currency is set at registration, it cannot be changed. All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wagering requirements are expressed in BDT unless otherwise explicitly stated.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

baji6 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. baji6 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits are displayed during the deposit process and may vary by payment method. baji6 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time in accordance with responsible gaming policies or risk management requirements.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes on average for verified accounts using mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on the receiving institution. baji6 does not charge platform-side fees on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account. baji6 may require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals requested before the applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied will be declined until those requirements are met.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by baji6 are subject to these Terms and to any additional terms published alongside the specific promotion. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for completion are stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

baji6 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit from a bonus; using automated software to place bets; and exploiting technical errors to claim unintended bonus credits. Any account found engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended, all bonus funds will be voided, and any withdrawals pending from such activity will be declined.

5.4 Eligibility

baji6 reserves the right to restrict eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have previously violated these Terms, or who are subject to account restrictions, may be excluded from promotional offers without notice.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on baji6 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, which are available within the sports betting section of the platform. baji6 reserves the right to void any bet where: a palpable error has been made in the odds; the event result is already known at the time the bet is placed; or the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino and live dealer games on baji6 use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed in the game information panel. baji6 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

6.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game or bet, baji6 will make every reasonable effort to reconstruct the game state and resolve the outcome fairly. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, baji6 reserves the right to void the relevant round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. baji6 is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

baji6 applies maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface. Any winnings that exceed the applicable maximum payout cap will be reduced to the stated maximum. baji6 will not honour claims for winnings that exceed these published limits.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji6 platform. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate suspension and the forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or glitches for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Providing false identity documents during the KYC verification process.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing or the manipulation of sporting events.
• Placing bets using inside information not available to the general public.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing baji6 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any baji6 software or platform infrastructure.

baji6 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and relevant regulatory bodies in the investigation of suspected illegal activity. We reserve the right to report suspicious account activity and to share relevant account information with authorities where required by law.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by baji6

baji6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: a player has breached any provision of these Terms; a player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7; a player's KYC verification has failed or been found to contain fraudulent documents; or baji6 has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering or other illegal activity.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting baji6 customer support via live chat. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure (after satisfying all applicable conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the baji6 platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion via the account settings panel or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion are available. During a self-exclusion period, baji6 will make every reasonable effort to prevent the excluded player from accessing their account and will refrain from sending promotional communications.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the baji6 platform — including but not limited to the baji6 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, data compilations, and game content — is the property of baji6 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content or software from the baji6 platform without our express prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of baji6 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, baji6 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from temporary or permanent unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Errors in odds or game information that were corrected promptly after discovery.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms or to keep your account credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms limits baji6's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by baji6's negligence. baji6's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

baji6 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account on baji6, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 13. Amendments to These Terms

baji6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made that affect player rights or obligations, we will provide at least seven days' prior notice via email to the registered address on your account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the baji6 platform. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any obligation) may be made without prior notice.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the baji6 platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 8.2. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and baji6, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice from either party, baji6 operates an internal complaints procedure.
